Mindware CEO Philippe Jarre interviewed by Intelligent Tech Channels

The latest edition of Intelligent Tech Channels features Mindware CEO Philippe Jarre in a major front cover interview. Talking with the magazine, Philippe explained how Mindware, the leading Value Added Distributor, supported its partners during an unprecedented year and outlines what might be the general plan looking ahead.

He also goes on to explain how the channel market in the Middle East has reacted to the pandemic.

According to Philippe, “Life and business have been badly hurt by the pandemic. However, we have been very fortunate in the IT industry to see that COVID-19 has actually accelerated Digital Transformation initiatives and technology investments, as enterprises have geared up to support a hybrid work environment. As a result, the IT industry in the Middle East has been less hurt, I would say, from a gross revenue point of view.”

Further on, Philippe explains the reseller community have faced financial challenges and that Mindware will therefore operate in a conservative ‘watch and wait’ mode to help mitigate the situation.

Going forwards, Philippe explores how Mindware has been building channel activities, onboarding new vendors, and what the company will focus on in 2021 with partners.
