Midis Group announces strategic agreement with HPE
Beirut – August 6, 2018 – The MIDIS Group announced today it has signed a strategic agreement with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) to manage and operate HPE´s local market presence within Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Kenya, Nigeria and Morocco. It is anticipated that the agreement will take effect on November 1, 2018. Backed by MIDIS Group’s extensive local knowledge and deep commitment to the emerging markets in Europe, Middle East and Africa, this new partnership will make it simpler and faster to deliver IT solutions that meet customers’ business requirements, while providing an even better experience for HPE customers and partners in the six countries.
Effective November 1, MIDIS, through its local Selectium affiliates, will manage HPE’s local market presence and operate all aspects of the business in Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Kenya, Nigeria and Morocco, including local customer and partner relationships. MIDIS and HPE remain committed to putting HPE’s customers and partners first and ensuring a seamless transition. MIDIS will continue to deliver the desired and expected HPE experience across all available HPE products, services and solutions by leveraging the unique expertise of HPE’s partner community.
Longer term, MIDIS and HPE remain committed to investing in innovation and providing industry-leading product and services solutions for Hybrid IT, Intelligent Edge, and Pointnext services including converged infrastructure, private cloud technology, security and all-flash storage.
