iSTYLE Oman promotes active lifestyles at the Muscat Marathon 2026

iSTYLE Oman proudly took part in the Muscat Marathon 2026, held on 23–24 January, one of the Sultanate’s most anticipated community sporting events. Bringing together thousands of runners, families and supporters each year, the Marathon celebrates health, resilience, and the power of sport to unite communities.

This year, iSTYLE contributed to the vibrant atmosphere of the event through a dedicated booth, where the team engaged with participants, connected with visitors, and shared in the excitement surrounding the race.

Midis Group tours Culture and Values Roadshow to teams in 10 countries.

Over the last few months, Midis Group embarked on a Culture and Values Roadshow across 10 countries — Hungary, Romania, UAE, Croatia, Serbia, Lebanon, Qatar, Czech, KSA, and France – with more to come.

This brought together managers from the full range of Midis Group affiliates, creating diverse groups and rich exchanges around our shared culture and values: Integrity, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Expertise, and Long-Term Success. In the roadshows, we explored how these values  impact everyday decisions, leadership practices, and ways of working. To quote a Midis board member, “Our values are not a fact or a given.  They are a choice, and we make that choice every day.”

The roadshows provided an open, interactive platform for dialogue and learning. Small groups worked on ways to strengthen our culture locally and reinforce the values within our teams – practical ideas and ownership to turn their insights into action. And by bringing together managers beyond their immediate teams, the sessions also encouraged exchange across our businesses and a stronger sense of belonging to Midis Group.

A key takeaway:  the pivotal role our managers play as culture carriers, translating shared values into concrete practices with our teams.  Employees will look for changes in behaviour, not verbiage.

“Midis’ success comes from our culture as well as our work. It was inspiring throughout the roadshow to see participants bring our culture and values to life. Now we all must go consciously apply them” added the board member.

The roadshows were a start – but just a start. Midis’ culture is a living, strategic asset, drawing its force from our behaviour and mentorship all across the Group. Our core values endure when they are continuously reinforced, challenged, and brought to life every day.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this journey so far – the work continues.
